Big Sky Markets Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Big Sky Markets and all e-commerce internet based websites (herein referred to as ‘subsites’). When the term ‘Big Sky Markets’ is used, all following statements apply to these subsites intrinsically unless otherwise stated. ‘We’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ will refer to Big Sky Markets and all of its subsites. ‘You’ and ‘your’ will refer to any user of Big Sky Markets and all of its subsites. A ‘user’ is anyone who accesses our website for any reason, at any time.
Privacy Policy
Big Sky Markets may monitor activity on our site for the sole purpose of providing you, the customer, with a better shopping experience. We will never track IP addresses or log information that uniquely identifies users. We may request additional personal information through our contacts section such as e-mail address. This information is kept strictly confidential and is used only to more quickly and concisely answer your questions and concerns.
Big Sky Markets implements Google Checkout; An online purchasing service that is provided by Google. All information relevant to purchases is processed through Google before we receive it and are able to charge your purchasing account. Big Sky Markets will have access to your contact information to send you shipping information and technical issues but we will never ask for your credit card or banking information. All the financial processing is done through Google Checkout.

Product Descriptions
Though Big Sky Markets makes every attempt to describe and display the products it sells accurately, we do not guarantee that the images and descriptions used are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. This is mostly due to changes made by the manufacturer without notice.
In the event that a product is listed with the incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order regardless of whether it has been processed. If you have already purchased the product, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the account used for the purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Purchase Orders, Processing and Shipping
If you have issues with any of your orders resulting from a misuse of Google Checkout or an error on Google’s part, we take no responsibility for damages that are incurred from said issues. We will however attempt to work with you and Google to resolve all cases. Big Sky Markets reserves the right to process payments, postpone, cancel, and refuse orders at our sole discretion. If you feel your order has been processed unfairly or incorrectly by Big Sky Markets, you may contact us with all information relevant to the case and we will investigate the situation. If your item has already been shipped you will have to return the order to receive a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for all restocking and shipping fees if the product is found to be returned for reasons outside of the original manufacturer’s warranty. Big Sky Markets reserves the right to refuse any and all returns and refunds at its sole discretion.
Big Sky Markets ships only to the 48 contiguous United States of America. If you place an order and you are outside of the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, your order may be cancelled.
Purchase Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is dependent upon Google Checkout but typically takes 1-3 business days for us to charge your account. Shipping times are highly variable and depend on the product purchased, final destination, and carrier. We make every effort to have products shipped out within 1-3 business days and you should receive a tracking number or receipt of shipment. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. All shipments are made Standard Ground unless otherwise stated. Orders placed during or around holidays and the month of December may take longer to process and ship. Custom orders and multi-package/part orders may also take longer and all products may not arrive at the same time. Big Sky Markets takes no responsibility for the condition of a product once it has been shipped. In cases of manufacturer defects, arriving at the wrong location, not arriving at all or receiving only partial orders, Big Sky Markets will refund or replace the order at its discreation.
Legal
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of Big Sky Markets and its subsites and your purchase of products or services through our subsites. If we find you have violated any of these laws, statutes, ordinance or regulations in regards to Big Sky Markets and its subsites we will alert the appropriate authorities. If we believe you have violated our Terms and Conditions we will launch a full investigation in conjunction with the appropriate authorities. All services by (including purchases made through) Big Sky Markets to those parties under investigation will be suspended until the investigation is completed. You agree to co-operate fully with any investigation and understand that you may be subject to legal processing upon the investigation’s completion.
